All private lessons are tuition based on a rolling admission. We fill our Studios on a first come first serve basis, meaning you can start and stop whenever you like.
We hold our Private Music Lesson instructors to a high standard of quality. The Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) guides the lessons for each instrument. Each of our instructors are required to show student growth and development by implementing RCM standards for repertoire, technique, and performance with each lesson. Our teachers take comprehensive lesson notes for our programming director to oversee in order for our standards of music education to be met. Even though this is a standard practice in Education, we are one of the only studios in the area with this kind of accountability system for our instructors. Just one of the many things that set us apart.
Performances are an incredibly important way for students to develop musicianship. For this reason, we have at least two main recitals a year. Our recitals help to build confidence and allow students to show off their hard earned skills.
My daughter received voice lessons with Miss Barbara. Miss Barbara is amazing! She is great with her students and helps build confidence and skill with the weekly voice lessons. The students were able to demonstrate their progress at recitals which were in a comfortable setting and included hands on experience with the various aspects of performing. Overall cool experience and highly recommend!
I've been a student at Resonance for about a month and its been a wonderful experience! My teacher is great and engaging, the receptionist is informative and friendly, and the booking and scheduling process has been very easy. So glad I found this school!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Resonance School of Music! From the moment I signed up, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and professional. My daughter had Barbara for singing lessons. Barbara is not only highly skilled but also patient, passionate, and creative with her teaching style. I LOVE this place! My teacher, Dan, is so kind and he is really patient and funny. He really helps me embrace my playing. The people here are really good musicians and they are really helpful. I really enjoy going here. I always have something to look foward to.
My old teacher at this school, Chris was also really compassionate and was really helpful in developing my sight reading. I didn't have good sight reading and he really helped me develop it.
Both of their help really helped me on my piano career.

I’ve been seeing Arielle for about a year combined after taking some breaks from singing and she’s the vocal teacher I’ve been looking for. I spent so much time looking for a teacher and never getting what I needed with lessons until I came to Resonance. I will continue coming here to refine my skills and pursue musical theater.

This School is Amazing!! The Staff are genuinely nice and you can tell that enjoy what they do. My son started with Drum lessons 6 months ago and learned so quickly under the instruction of Vince , that last month he was playing Hotel California like a pro. Before I chose Resonance, I went to several other schools to see and this one by far was the best in regards to friendliness of staff, I was not made to feel like all they wanted was my money. I love Resonance school of Music. My daughter has been a student of Chris for over 2 years and it is amazing how much she has improved as a pianist in this time. Chris is an incredible teacher who teaches piano with real passion. He has instilled the love of music in my daughter. His lessons are very inspiring and encouraging whereby my child feels motivated to practice with delight. Resonance also offers music theory and Vince does a remarkable job. Chris and Vince are very committed and dedicated instructors and are outstanding musicians.
